Warm Up Area Monitor

Please note - this position requires attendance at a mandatory meeting the week of the invitational. 

Before You Arrive

• Dress for the weather (coat, hat, gloves, poncho, umbrella, etc.)

When You Arrive

1. Check in at volunteer check in

What You’ll Do

• Time bands in the warm-up area
  • Keep track of schedule and time
  • Use signs to show bands how much time they have remaining
  • Direct bands to exit the area at scheduled time
