- Dress for the weather (coat, hat, gloves, poncho, umbrella, etc.)
- This role requires an instructional meeting the week of the event (Thurs or Fri evening)
- The meeting plus the split shift of 6AM-8AM AND 10PM-12AM meet the family requirement for invitational volunteering
- Check in as instructed at the meeting.
- Supervise signage placement and other set up activities as trained and instructed
- Each person/pair will be assigned an area for setup. They will be responsible for tear-down of that section after the invitational concludes
